Ashley Fluellen is a Chicago-based artist. She works with teams to help build a culture of creative leadership that encourages practice and play over productivity and perfectionism.

Ashley's artwork focuses on identity, sexuality, and race. Influenced primarily by the post-modern period, her work examines the ways mental illness presents itself and interacts with these defining traits. She uses bright colors, irregular framing, and mixed media to create feelings of freedom and isolation for her subjects. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nevada.
